📜 1. General Terms

Registration Requirements

Account Security

• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds — any winnings arising from such exploitation are void.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to circumvent anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to gain additional bonus credits or circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false personal information or impersonating another person at any point during registration or KYC.

Accurate Information Obligation

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the applicable KYC verification process before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative method is approved by vip take support.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only the cash component of your wallet balance is withdrawable at any time.
• Processing times for bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically 15–30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 BST business days.
• vip take reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

Deposit Verification

All deposit payment accounts (bKash number, Nagad number, bank account) must be registered in your own legal name — the same name used to register your vip take account. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts are not accepted. vip take will return any such deposit to its source and may suspend the recipient account pending investigation.

General Bonus Policy

From time to time, vip take offers promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your vip take account must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion terms before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x Wagering Requirement must generate ৳10,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted. Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the following game types contribute to wagering at the rates listed:

Bonus Restrictions

Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. vip take reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses obtained through abuse of promotional terms — including the use of multiple accounts, automated betting patterns, or low-risk wagering designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements — will be voided and the associated account may be suspended.

• Void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or data feed failure.
• Limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any market at its discretion, without prior notice.
• Suspend betting markets at any time before or during an event, including in-play markets, due to live data issues, event suspension, or integrity concerns.
• Settle markets based on official competition results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).

Casino and Live Dealer Rules

All casino games available on the vip take platform — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — operate under the rules established by the respective game studio. vip take is not responsible for the specific rules of individual game titles; players should review in-game help documentation before wagering. Crash Games

🚫 7. Account Suspension & Closure

vip take reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if vip take has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has provided false identity or payment information.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, other players, or vip take itself.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requires account restriction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, vip take will aim to communicate the reason and estimated timeframe to the account holder via the registered email address within 5 BST business days, subject to any legal constraints on disclosure.

Voluntary Closure and Self-Exclusion

In the event of a manifest error in odds or game data, vip take reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the relevant information. Financial Losses
